Job Description: In the role of Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for:
Program management of Managed Support services for Apps, Infra, Cyber-Sec, Service desk and End user compute Drive Governance, Customer Delight, Continuous service improvement, Innovation and ITIL process improvements for client Take end-to-end bottom-line responsibility of the support program managing SLAs, managing client sponsors and stakeholders of the program Working with Head of IT and his direct reportees in driving stated outcomes Identify and Mitigate Project risks Team management and team building Required: 15+ years of relevant experience in managing Support program Experience of managing senior stakeholders (Directors, Sr Directors in client organisation) Excellent team management abilities Experience in Retail, CPG industry is added advantage Knowledge of ITIL and SIAM is added advantage Personal: Besides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance on various forms of personality profile.
