Payroll Assistant - Dublin City Centre
HireForce is working with a successful Irish Private Equity Company who are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team. This role will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, with a focus on payroll. The successful candidate will have experience in Irish payroll and will play a key role in supporting the daily financial operations of the company.
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with preparation and coordination of payrolls, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
2. Strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail in manual and system-based tasks.
3. Enter day-to-day financial transactions.
4. Provide administrative support to the head office team in administrative tasks and maintaining records.
Requirements:
1. Experience with Payroll is essential.
2. Experience with Accounts Payable is desirable.
3. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
