Business Line specific context
Egis Projects Ireland (EPIR) has a service level agreement with East-Link Limited up to the end of the concession in. EPIR manage all elements of the day-to-day operations through seconded staff with support from central services.
In addition EPIR designed, procured and financed the entire toll operating equipment. EPIR continues to support the toll hardware and software systems 24/7 days a year.
The current throughput is 17, vehicles per day.
Job description
Principal Duties and responsibilities.
· Processing of vehicle transactions.
· Cash Handling.
· Issuing of receipts.
· Dealing with customers queries and cashing up.
Profile
Additional Skills:
· Cash handling experience.
· Experience working in a customer service driven environment.
· Good data entry skills, speed and accuracy.
· Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
