Possible for a dedicated Rehabilitation Worker with experience in working with people in addiction and recovery to take on the role of CE Supervisor within our Drug and Alcohol Service.

The overall objective of the Drug Rehabilitation Community Employment Scheme is to provide training and development opportunities for people working towards recovery from substance use to re-engage them in active community and working life.
About Us
CAMDAS Drug Rehabilitation Community Employment (CE) Scheme provides rehabilitation, training, and personal development opportunities to individuals in recovery or working towards recovery from drug and alcohol issues.
Key Responsibilities
* To support and manage participants in the CE scheme.
* To work closely with the therapeutic team in CAMDAS as part of a multidisciplinary effort to foster recovery and reintegration into community and working life.
Person Specification
* A solid understanding of the role of the Community Employment Supervisor as it pertains to project management and programme delivery to participants in rehabilitation and who present as long-term unemployed or vulnerable adults.
* Responsibility, commitment, and motivation to implement the objectives of the Community Employment Drug Rehabilitation Programme.
* Demonstrated knowledge of addiction and rehabilitation support services.
* Familiarity with the DSP Referral procedures for CE participants.
* An overview of the National Drug Rehabilitation Framework and the role of CE in supporting recovery from substance use.
