Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant / Contractor Care Administrator to support our internal systems and ensure smooth communication and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
* Manage internal systems to support the Business
* Send Monthly Timesheet Reminders for site-based contract personnel
* Liaise with Clients and Internal stakeholders
* Manage and follow up on Purchase Orders
* Follow up on payroll queries
* Report on Key Client Accounts
* Perform any other ad hoc Administrative duties that arise
Requirements:
* 5+ years proven experience working in a similar role
* Proficient with Ms Office Suite
* High level Customer Service skills
* Strong communication skills
* Self-motivated and excellent time management skills
Note:
This is a part-time role with high levels of flexibility to suit an individual's specific needs.
