The Reception Manager will take full responsibility for the front office team, ensuring smooth daily operations, exceptional guest service, and revenue optimization. We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused front office manager who is up for the challenge of a busy desk.
Responsibilities:
* Manage group reservations, guest enquiries, and bookings promptly and professionally.
* Oversee daily Front Office operations, adhering to hotel standards.
* Monitor and enhance customer service, implementing improvements as needed.
* Maximize room revenue through effective yield management and analysis.
* Manage the reception and reservation rosters, room allocations, and guest requests.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards.
* Support and promote the hotel’s core values.
* Motivate the team to achieve sales targets and upselling goals.
* Collaborate with the Revenue, Sales, and Accounts teams for accurate billing and sales maximization.
* Assist with guest check-ins, check-outs, and front desk activities.
* Attend weekly head of department meetings.
Qualifications:
* Reservation and revenue experience essential.
* Hotsoft and Avvio experience desirable.
