Internal Auditor (Permanent Full Time)
Location: Dublin
Salary range: €50,000
Experience: A minimum of 5-8 years proven experience in internal audit / Qualification in Internal Audit, accountancy or similar (CIA, CMIIA, ACCA, ACA, etc)

SVP employs people to support volunteers in a variety of settings including housing, community care, shops, administration, and other specialist areas.
The Role:
We are currently looking to recruit a Internal Auditor to join our National Office team in SVP House, 91-92 Sean McDermott Street, Dublin 1. The post holder will have responsibility for assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of the organisation’s internal controls and governance processes to ensure and promote transparency, accountability and compliance. Candidate Requirements:
1. Qualification in Internal Audit, accountancy or similar (CIA, CMIIA, ACCA, ACA, etc) (At least 3 years’ post qualification experience in finance, Internal Audit or External Audit.
2. A minimum of 5-8 years proven experience in internal audit (Experience in the area of risk management and governance would also be beneficial.)
3. Solid understanding of risk and internal controls.
4. Strong organisational and planning capabilities.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
7. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to provide clear instruction and guidance.
