Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the talent engagement and onsite talent acquisition teams to define hiring needs and timelines.
* Develop strategic sourcing project plans to meet requirements.
* Understand client employee value propositions and create narratives to attract talent.
* Proactively engage with talent and build pools to meet client needs.
* Screen and assess candidates for technical and personal competencies, as well as cultural fit.
* Manage the candidate throughout the interview and offer process.
* Provide a superior candidate experience throughout the full requirement journey.
Requirements:
* 1+ years' experience in recruitment or talent delivery.
* Possess passion for the talent industry and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
* Demonstrate a proven track record of meeting delivery SLAs and KPIs.
* Show flexibility and adaptability to succeed in a changing environment.
* Exhibit excellent communication skills and an ability to engage and connect with people.
* Prioritize teamwork and collaboration.
