Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with key customers and apply customer satisfaction strategies.
2. Supply Chain Assurance Management: Manage customer backlogs and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
3. Continuous Operations Process Improvement: Champion process improvement projects and represent changes to stakeholders.
4. Customer Expedite and Escalation Management: Support expedite operations and communicate with customers throughout the expedite lifecycle.
5. Forecast Management: Manage supply chain programs and monitor customer forecasts.
6. NPI Management: Coordinate with teams to ensure product deliverables are met for customers.
Requirements:
1. 3rd Level Qualifications in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
2. Strong analytical skills and good business acumen.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Team player essential.
