Project Manager
Responsible for all aspects of the customer project over the entire project life cycle (initiate, plan, execute, control, close).
The successful candidate will manage customer projects from original concept to final implementation and support/maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical/functional analysis in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
* Understand, capture, and communicate business requirements to customers, development teams, test teams, and support teams.
* Participate in solution discussions with the customer and internally – evaluate and propose solution approaches.
* Ensure that all solutions are fit for use (internal and external needs).
Project Planning
Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases, from initial development through implementation.

Customer Support
Be the Main Point of Contact for Customers:
* Provide status overview.
* Take ownership of critical issues.
* Manage all customer UAT sessions.
Integrations
Work closely with solution architects to ensure decisions/implementations meet business/customer needs.
Collaborate with the test team to define acceptance criteria.
Key Requirements:
* 3rd level qualification in Computer Science or related discipline.
* Knowledge of MS SQL, JIRA, Development Lifecycles preferable.
