Job Title: Senior Administrator (Registry team)
Reporting to: Deputy Registrar
Place of Work: 47-49 Pearse St., Dublin 2, D02 YN40 (Hybrid working in office and from home (2/3 days in office per week))
Employment: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to provide senior administration support for business as usual during a 1-year project

Position Summary: As the Registry & Designation Systems & Services (RDSS) team embarks on a key 1-year assessment transformation programme, this role will provide senior administration support for the day-to-day business as usual activities of the RDSS team during the term of the project.
The Senior Administrator will play a key role in managing and supporting exemplary academic services associated with IOB's membership proposition, as well as our suite of educational programmes. The role will support the RDSS team, IOB staff, members and learners, by engendering an innovative approach to administrative process improvement(s). The Senior Administrator will align with IOB's dynamic approach, and, through advanced administrative skills (e.g. creating key reports etc.) support departmental progression and pathways for innovation and process improvement, whilst simultaneously achieving deadlines with day-to-day administrative tasks. Collaboration within and across IOB teams will be a key aspect of this role ensuring the seamless delivery of academic services to IOB members and learners.
Principal Duties:
* Administration tasks and supervision of tasks associated with the provision of academic services: registration, assessment and membership as well as use of related platforms: MSOffice, SharePoint and Salesforce
* Engendering an innovative approach to process improvement and introduce dynamic ways of working with the team
* Provide day-to-day operational administrative leadership to RDSS in line with departmental strategy
* Liaise with internal departments such as Education, Learner Relationship Services (LRS), Digital and Innovation and Finance as appropriate
* Preparation of learner data and creating reports that are fit for purpose and suitable for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team and/or Executive Team.
* Assisting the wider RDSS team during peak times for example: Assisting with general administrative tasks in line with the administration of internal Committees and Boards, including drafting the agenda and minute taking as well as Assisting with the testing of systems (e.g. Learning Never Ends, Enterprise Management System, Learning Management System) where appropriate
* Other tasks, initiatives and projects as required.

Education / Experience Requirements:
* Level 8 Degree in a relevant discipline is desirable
* At least 3-years experience in an administration role
* Advanced MSOffice skills: excel and word
* ICT literate, Learning Management System (LMS) experience would be very beneficial
Additional Comments On The Role:
The post holder may be allocated to other work areas when required and provide general assistance as required from time to time to the Registry and Designation Systems and Services (RDSS) team. The role holder must be flexible with regards to working additional hours during busy periods.
