About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, maintaining, and allocating Company housing and commercial properties, as well as ensuring compliance with lease agreements within the Republic of Ireland.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sourcing and procurement of required housing and commercial properties from external providers.
* Reviewing, approving, and ensuring adherence to Lease Agreements.
* Allocation of resources to housing according to Company policies and guidelines.
* Database administration, data input, and record collation.
* Management and recording of utility bills and reporting.
* Maintenance management of all housing, including issue contact and communication with external providers.
* Utility usage monitoring and reporting.
* Property inspections.
* Initial contact for reported issues, both internal and external.
* Preparation of communications, such as reports and correspondence, for stakeholders.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience providing administrative support in a similar role.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Collaborative problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Ability to be resourceful and proactive when faced with challenges.
* A full driving licence is an essential requirement.
