The Profile
Requirements
* Proven experience in client acquisition and conversion, with a strong track record of managing challenging interactions.
* Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to actively listen and respond effectively in difficult situations.
* An empathetic, open-minded, and non-judgmental approach suitable for a diverse and complex clientele.
* Proficiency in conducting sessions via text, voice, and video calls on web and mobile platforms.
* Experience in sexual health or related coaching domains is highly advantageous.
* Coaching certification or relevant qualifications are preferred, though we also welcome experienced individuals without formal certificates.
