Established Hotel in Co. Dublin Seeks Experienced Sous Chef
About the Role
We are currently accepting applications for an experienced Sous Chef to join our client's team in a well-established hotel in Co. Dublin.
* Assist the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
* In charge of the purchasing and storage of food.
* Ensure high culinary standards are met and maintain a keen eye to detail.
* Ensure hygiene and safety standards are adhered to by following all company health and safety procedures.
* Assist the head chef when it comes to writing menus and creating new recipes.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* A minimum of 2-3 years' experience as a Sous Chef within a busy 4*/5* hotel kitchen.
* The ability to multitask and remain organized and flexible.
* Excellent communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
* The flexibility to work a variety of different shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Package on Offer
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of €48,375 (based on €45,000 average of €40,000 - €50,000 range) plus:
