Customer Service Representative - Evening Shift
This is a permanent role with our client, a Galway based healthcare business.
About the Role
We are seeking a customer service representative who is a collaborative team player, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with others.
Responsibilities
* Responding to customer and employee questions/concerns in an efficient and effective manner
* Maintaining knowledge of the company's facilities, products, promotions, policies and procedures
* Representing the company in a professional, courteous and efficient manner
* Completing documentation to in-house standards and being compliant with all in-house procedures
About You
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Strong communications skills
* Keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Hours
5pm to 1am Monday to Friday, on-site. Hybrid options available after probation period.
