**Job Title:** Recruitment Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Administrator to support our recruitment team in South West Dublin.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support throughout the recruitment and selection process.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all recruitment-related queries as the first point of contact
* Coordinate the recruitment process from posting job ads to hiring
* Advertise all vacancies through various channels
* Manage recruitment-related documentation and correspondence
* Schedule interviews and facilitate preparation for recruitment assessment days
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
* Support the HR department with all recruitment activities
Requirements:
* 1 year of experience in a busy recruitment administration role
* Proven interview scheduling experience
* Proficiency in MS Office
Essential Skills:
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
