About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch Content Specialist to join our dynamic Trading Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in crafting engaging content that captivates our Dutch audience and drives results across the entire digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities
* Content Management: Create, deliver, and manage high-quality digital content on our eCommerce sites and other platforms.
* Partner with our Online team to provide merchandising and linguistic support.
* Edit and fine-tune content to perfection, ensuring flawless grammar, spelling, and adherence to brand style.
* Help execute campaigns, promotions, and strategies, keeping all content fresh and engaging.
* Efficiently prioritise, schedule, and manage online content and merchandising workload to meet business deadlines.
* Plan, provide, and manage all copy for CRM newsletters and automated campaigns.
* Collaborate with other team members to promote synergies between markets or refine tools, workflows, and processes used by the team.
* Ensure all content follows best SEO practices and adheres to the company's brand guidelines.
Analysis and Optimisation
* Monitor the performance of content across all digital media platforms.
* Conduct analysis to identify and drive increased revenue growth through merchandising, landing pages, imagery, and content.
* Assist with the optimisation of site navigation through the analysis of customer journeys.
* Track metrics like revenue, conversion, and bounce rates to see the impact of your work in real-time.
Localisation
* Localise every piece of content to resonate with Dutch customers, using culturally relevant language and references.
* Perform QA and liaise with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to investigate, fix, or overcome issues and challenges.
* Conduct competitor research and develop customer-converting ideas to test.
Essential Competencies/Skills
* Minimum of 2 years coordinating and executing merchandising/eCommerce initiatives in an eCommerce environment.
* Experience with website content management systems like Magento.
* High attention to detail, with an eye for localised content and translation.
* Strong creativity.
* Excellent organisation, time management, and the ability to turn insights into actions that enhance customer experience.
* Exceptional copywriting skills in Dutch and solid competency in English.
