Location: Belfast We are looking for Service Desk Agents to join and expand our 1st line teams based within our office in Belfast.
Your role will be to provide first class customer service while problem solving and dealing with an array of queries and faults being raised by our customer.
You will be supporting several key long-term partners.
by be working on a busy and active service desk, answering phone calls, webchats, and other forms of digital contacts, keeping to agreed SLA's and KPI's.
Your transferable skills and experience: Excellent Customer Service Skills.
Ability to problem-solve technical issues.
Enjoys working as part of a team Ability to use own initiative and creativity.
Clearance Required: SC Working Pattern (Mon-Fri, Shifts, on-call): 40 hours a week between 8am 6pm Monday to Friday Excluding NI bank holidays.
