Here in Barden, we are delighted to be partnering with our multinational client in their search for a FP&A Manager on an initial 16 month contract. In this role you will work closely with local and international Finance Leaders.
This is a rare opportunity to join a global pharmaceutical company in a commercial capacity, supporting FP&A and manufacturing. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will enjoy good autonomy and the role also offers excellent flexibility. ABOUT THE ROLE
* Preparation and distribution of accurate and timely monthly management reporting including monthly financials, including P&L and KPI reporting.
* Business partnering with site department heads in relation to Opex & Capex.
* Planning for annual budget and forecast cycles, meeting all deadlines and deliverables.
* Support inventory analysis and compliance as part of the manufacturing facility.
* Investigation and reconciliation of inventory balances and General Ledger account reconciliations.
* Business partnering with various teams across finance.

ABOUT THE PERSON
* Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE.
* Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.
* Proven ability to influence at all levels in the organization.
* Positive attitude with a high level of personal integrity.
* Organised and efficient personality, positive attitude.
* Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
* SAP experience an advantage.
