Job DescriptionBallymascanlon Hotel & Golf Resort is currently recruiting for a Golf Shop & Leisure Centre Attendant to join the Team. The Ballymascanlon Hotel is a four-star property set on 130 acres of beautiful parkland, this impressive Victorian House forms the heart of this Hotel.
It is one of the most remarkable historical estates in Ireland dating back to 833 A.D.To provide excellent customer service in both the Golf Shop and Leisure Centre reception.To assist customers with inquiries, purchases and product recommendations in the Golf Shop.To coordinate tee time bookings and provide information on course conditions and events.To handle reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls and managing bookings for leisure facilities.To deal with day golf societies and assist them with tee time bookings and food & beverage requirementsTo liaise with F&B departments (Bar/Restaurant) in regards to day golf group's dining requirements and table availability and to ensure that correct and most up to date information is issued to Kitchen and Bar/Restaurant.
