Your New Role
We are seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join our team. As an HR Advisor, you will report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and be responsible for providing expert advice and support on various human resources matters across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Advising on benefits, HR systems, employee relations, performance management, recruitment and workplace policies.
* Providing advice and support on employee issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
* Guiding the application of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices in a consistent manner.
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including job descriptions, interviewing, and selection.
* Processing new hires, leavers and movers in the business, providing necessary documentation and updating relevant systems.
* Supporting onboarding and induction programs for new employees.
* Advising managers on performance appraisals and employee development.
* Conducting exit interviews with leavers and analysing data/trends.
* Assisting with HR data management, reporting, and analytics.
* Working closely with the Finance team to support payroll processes.
Requirements
* Prior experience in a similar role within a HR team, providing support to 100+ employees.
* A relevant qualification/CIPD accreditation.
* Good technical capabilities and comfort using Microsoft tools and Google Suite.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
