Job Description:
We currently have a position for a CSC Support Representative who will be responsible for providing high-end quality customer service for our client in Co Kerry. Manage each request in an appropriate manner; open a trouble ticket and dispatch efficiently while communicating with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Previous Call Centre experience
2. Knowledge of ITIL service delivery best practices
3. Have worked in/with a Citrix environment in the past
4. Experience with Windows 10
5. An understanding of MS Office applications/O365
6. An understanding of Active Directory
7. An understanding of Lotus Notes database structure and usage
8. Remote Support Tools
9. Knowledge of Apple Mac/iPad a plus

3. Ability to learn/apply/retain a large volume of information
4. Prepared to be flexible in regard to working time when required
5. Ability to work under pressure while ensuring a good standard of work

8. Candidates must be able to display why they want a job in IT and be able to talk to that interest and/or experience
