Our client is seeking a senior leader to lead a high-performing team of 10+ senior IT professionals.
Key Responsibilities: Manage the IT department, providing excellent service to the organization in line with business needs and industry best practice.
Successfully manage and lead a team of skilled IT professionals, including various team leads.
Control a multifunctional IT department, making decisions on day-to-day and long-term business objectives.
Report to senior management and communicate with business stakeholders on all IT matters.
Liaise with other departments to assess their IT needs and devise solutions.
Plan the implementation of new solutions and provide guidance to the IT team and managed service partners.
Integrate and ensure the smooth running of company Website – ERP – WMS systems.
Manage ICT service delivery, ensuring a fully functional, reliable, and secure ICT environment.
Requirements: Proven IT management experience, including 10+ years of IT experience, with a strong emphasis on people management and proactive service provision.
Knowledge of the Insurance industry or Financial Services sector is a distinct advantage.
Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, enhance, support, and develop an IT team of 10+ staff.
Strong stakeholder and communication management skills, with the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining expected levels of quality.
Project management skills and experience in using structured project management frameworks, with demonstrated successful project delivery.
