About the Role
The role combines technical expertise with governance reporting in a sports team-oriented environment, ensuring compliance with SOC 2 and ISO 27001 standards and delivering exceptional platform performance in line with SLAs.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain governance processes tailored to a sports team framework.
* Ensure adherence to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance requirements.
* Define, track, and report on SLAs to maintain service quality.
* Monitor platform performance and resolve reliability issues proactively.
* Engage in incident management and support during on-call rotations.
* Use monitoring tools such as Grafana and manage projects using Jira.
* Generate detailed governance reports and maintain compliance documentation.
* Drive platform improvements through collaboration and innovation.
Requirements
* Significant experience in a Senior Customer Reliability Engineer or equivalent role.
* Deep knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance standards.
* Strong skills in SLA creation, monitoring, and management.
* Proficiency with Grafana, Jira, Webex, and other relevant tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for ensuring platform reliability.
* Comfortable participating in an on-call rotation, maintaining poise under pressure.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective governance reporting.
* Familiarity with SRE principles and platform monitoring practices.
