Office Administrator - Part time
I am delighted to be recruiting for an exciting office administration position with a Cork City based company. This role will suit an experienced administrator with a passion for working in a busy office environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting various internal departments from an administration perspective.
Permanent part time position
Working hours to be confirmed
Salary: €30-35K pro rata
Location: Cork City
Responsibilities of the role?
1. General office management and organisation, including greeting visitors, organising meetings and booking meeting rooms.
2. Answering a busy phone line for the main office as well as on behalf of the team
3. Opening and distributing the post/deliveries.
4. Keeping the office environment organised and on track
5. Assisting with arranging travel on behalf of the team
6. Managing stationery and office supplies.
7. Managing main office emails, taking messages in a professional manner
8. Assisting HR department in terms of administration duties - updating database, reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews
9. Scheduling and booking relevant training for staff members
10. Ongoing database management
What do you need?
11. To be a hard worker with excellent attention to detail
12. Previous office administration work is essential
13. Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to multitask in a busy office environment
14. Strong working knowledge in Microsoft excel, word and outlook
15. Flexibility with working hours would be preferable
