As the Office Management Assistant, you play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations of the Linden office.
Your responsibilities include office organization and maintenance, managing supplies, overseeing basic administrative tasks, and supporting team events.
As a member of the Linden team, you are expected to work with utmost confidentiality, professionalism, warmth, and genuine care for team members and all of our customers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Office Organization & MaintenanceOpen and prepare the office each dayRestock office supplies (e.g., stationery, coffee, snacks) and handle small purchasesEnsure meeting rooms and common areas are tidy and ready for useHandle minor repairs and coordinate with service providers when neededManage incoming and outgoing postBasic Administrative & Support TasksAssist with printing needs and ensure printers are functioning properlyOccasionally support with social media posting or printing marketing materialsAnswer and redirect phone calls as neededGuest & Event SupportPrepare the office space for guests, ensuring it is welcoming and ready for clientsAssist in setting up meetings, small events, and food arrangementsGeneral AssistanceProvide hands-on support to the team as needed with small organizational tasksWhat YOU bring: Educational Background and Experience: You are currently pursuing a degree at a university or institute of higher learning, or you are looking for a flexible part-time position suitable for a Minijob
Computer Skills:
Proficiency in Google SuiteFamiliarity with Canva is a plusCommunication Skills &
Language Proficiency:
You have strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills in German (C1/ C2 level) and solid English knowledge (minimum B1 level).
Additional languages are a plus.
You are comfortable communicating on the phone
