About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Group Pensions Specialist to join our team at 360 Search. Our client is a renowned Financial Service broker based in the Mid-West.
As a trusted advisor, you will be responsible for managing existing employer pension schemes and cultivating relationships with corporate clients. Your expertise will enable you to provide tailored financial solutions that meet their unique requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Develop strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs and offering bespoke financial advice.
* Primary Point of Contact: Address client inquiries, concerns, and provide ongoing support as their dedicated point of contact.
* Sales Opportunities: Identify opportunities within group schemes to sell business on an individual basis, driving revenue growth.
* Compliance and Administration: Oversee the implementation and administration of group schemes, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to company policies.
* Performance Monitoring: Regularly review group scheme performance, recommending adjustments to optimize outcomes.
Additional Duties:
* Office Support: Provide administrative assistance, including answering phone calls, maintaining client diaries, and processing mail.
* Pipeline Management: Assist with individual business pipeline management as required, supporting the growth of new business opportunities.
Requirements:
* Qualifications: QFA qualification
* Experience: At least 2+ years relevant industry experience
* Knowledge: Strong knowledge of current pensions and investments landscape in Ireland
* Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills; highly organized; strong attention to detail; customer service mindset
