This is a full-time opportunity, you will be primarily based on-site in Glasnevin Cemetery and supporting their 5 cemeteries sites in the DCT Group.

As the Heritage and Facilities Project Manager, you will be a key member of the management team with responsibility for overseeing the Heritage Project in our Heritage sites. You will also have oversight of facilities across all cemetery sites and project manage key strategic projects across all our cemeteries. Your key areas of responsibility will include:
•Management, coordination, and planning of all aspects of the heritage restoration programme over the short, medium, and long-term.
•Coordinate / liaise with Office of Public Works and other strategic stakeholders on the restoration project in Glasnevin/Goldenbridge.
•Management of construction projects of varying size within Dublin Cemeteries Trust.
•Project Management and monitoring of relevant strategic projects in compliance with best practice and risk management
•Implement elements of the campus master plan under the direction of Management.
•Construction and coordination of building and memorial projects in line with strategic priorities.
•In conjunction with the Director of Infrastructure and Projects, oversee overall maintenance and equipment/asset requirements across all sites.
The Heritage and Facilities Project Manager will have proven track record in successful delivery of projects within budget and on time with:
•Project Management/construction management qualification or other relevant discipline
•A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role ideally in building management/maintenance
•Commercial awareness, knowledge of sector and insight into business development
•Strong skills in developing and overseeing workplans.
•Ability to motivate a team.
