Our London office was established in 2015 to service the UK, Europe, the Middle East & Africa, and is a key growth area for the firm. The position is an additional headcount to support the EMEA Business Development & Client Services team in London and Europe, while interacting and coordinating with the Business Development & Client Service, Legal & Compliance, and Operations teams based in NY/Dublin and the European/UK Compliance entities. This role reports to the Marketing and Client Services Administrative Supervisor and will work alongside a senior assistant. The ideal candidate will have excellent organization skills, be a good communicator (both written and verbal), have a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently. Additionally, the ability to work in a small team and collaborate across offices and time zones will be important.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop, coordinate and distribute regular client reports (i.e. commentaries, statements, and questionnaires) within agreed deadlines.
2. Navigate the firm’s resources to collect information and respond to client requests, including RFPs.
3. Provide compliance-approved marketing and sales materials to support the Business Development & Client Services team.
4. Be an internal point of contact for all client, consultant and prospect requests and communications within the EMEA region, providing backup and support to the London Business Development & Client Services Support team.
5. Update and maintain relevant information in Salesforce with the Sales team.
6. Assist with ad-hoc projects and tasks.
7. Schedule meetings and conference rooms including any catering, audio/videoconference set up, preparing meeting rooms.
8. Process EMEA team expenses in our expense management system Expensify.
9. Assist with general office management, including maintaining supplies and managing the postroom.
10. Prepare marketing materials for calls/meetings, manage calendars, print/bind presentations, and perform other ad-hoc tasks.

Note: We are currently working in a hybrid environment with 4 days in the office and 1 day remote. You will also have an additional 15 days of remote flexibility that can be used at your discretion.
Qualifications:
1. College Degree (preferred) or relevant financial services experience.
2. 1+ years of client service/sales support experience is preferred.
3. Experience or knowledge of the asset investment management industry is preferred.
4. Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint.
5. Must be able to work Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:30pm and on-site Monday-Thursday.
