Job Title
Provide leadership in the organisation, management, monitoring and reporting of all site operations ensuring high quality work is carried out in an efficient and safe manner to specification.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate site staff and sub-contractors
* Liaise with site management to ensure project plans and schedules are delivered on time
* Manage design team members to ensure best value and buildable solutions
* Ensure quality and customer expectations are met
* Report to senior company management and directors
* Translate work requirements into prioritised plans for the crew and sub-contractors
* Engage with utility providers and warranty companies
* Manage costs associated with Quantity Surveyors and Site Management team
* Ensure compliance with drawings, specification, building regulations and good building practice
* Maintain Health and Safety requirements
* Monitor progress on site and regularly assess progress to ensure adherence to forecasted timelines
* Liaise with architects, consultants, clients, local authorities and suppliers and subcontractors regarding contractual agreements
Qualification/Certification:
The candidate will hold and maintain relevant certifications and authorisations associated with the industry requirements for the job and the nature of the work to be undertaken.

* Competence in construction site operations management
* Excellent organising and delegating abilities
* Ability to read and interpret technical documents
* Knowledge of Health & Safety legislation
* Ability to establish effective working relationships
