Hotel Talent is currently seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our clients welcoming Front Office team in a 5* property. In this role, you will lead and support a dedicated team to ensure that every guest receives a warm, efficient welcome throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, implement, and provide training on SOPs and standards.
* Ensure smooth arrival and departure procedures to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
* Handle reservations calls efficiently, providing a high level of guest care.
* Participate in meetings, including the Morning Stand-Up and weekly Head of Department meetings.
* Oversee room allocations and coordinate with the Accommodation team to ensure timely availability.
* Promote the hotel, its outlets, and local activities to guests.
* Maintain accurate filing and administration within the department.
* Assist with recruitment and training of new team members.
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor or Assistant Manager is essential.
* A fresh new perspective on the role and forward thinking whilst supporting the team.
* Strong knowledge of Front Office systems, preferably Opera, is required.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities.
