Project Overview
Projects dotted throughout the UK and ROI, including Care Homes, Hotels, and one-off Residential Builds.
Key Responsibilities
* Management and supervision of direct labour and sub-contractors.
* Assist in recording and testing of workmanship and materials.
* Provide engineering support to ensure technical problems are overcome and technical queries are answered.
* Take a pro-active approach to managing health and safety on site.
* Co-ordinate and supervise temporary works as required.
* Implement a regime of test and inspection plans for all works on site.
* Planning and scheduling works in conjunction with client, local authority and staff.
* Attendance at client, stakeholder and internal meetings.
* Measuring of works and ensuring accurate submission of records.
* Effective monitoring of commercial performance of work streams and supply chain in conjunction with the project commercial team.
Requirements
* Experienced Site Manager with 5+ years experience on Commercial Builds.
* Site management qualifications, valid CSR card and First aid certificate.
* Experience of site supervision of engineering teams and sub-contractors.
* Knowledge of contract requirements, correct specifications and standards to ensure the highest quality of work presented to the client.
* Excellent communication skills and able to engage with stakeholders at varying levels.
* Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
* UK Driving Licence, be able to travel with the role to the UK.
