Accounts Administrator
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator to join our team. As a part-time role, this position will suit someone who can work independently as well as being a team player.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bookkeeping Services for a small team of professionals.
* Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations.
* Conduct regular bank reconciliations, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
* Creditors and Debtors.
* Supplier and Customer Invoicing.
* Email and Phone-Query Handling.
* Preparation of VAT/VIES/PAYE & PRSI returns.
* Maintain essential paperwork for monthly, bi-monthly company returns in consultation with Accountants.
* Filing and Management: Organize and maintain filing systems meticulously.
Requirements:
* Excellent timekeeping, punctuality, and ability to adapt to varying tasks.
* Proficient in Bookkeeping and Financial standard practices.
* Accounting Qualification is a distinct advantage.
* Working knowledge of Management Accounts, P&L, Journals & General Ledgers is a plus.
* Must be proficient with the following: Sage, Bright Pay & ROS portal, MS Office.
* Good typing skills.
* Minimum 2-4 years experience in a bookkeeping role.
