We wish to appoint a Construction Resource Liaison Officer to work as part of our Group Construction Services team. This role will cover all aspects of resource liaison including construction personnel recruitment, construction resource coordination, construction personnel training & development and general construction resource management. The role will require flexibility in relation to travel. This is a hybrid role and can be based from our offices in Ireland, Belgium, Germany, or the Netherlands. Closing date is close of business 21st October.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
1. Manage and maintain a recruitment plan in line with Construction Services needs across the Group.
2. Manage and maintain a PM Group talent pool of Construction Service resources.
3. Manage the coordination of construction resources.
4. Manage the onboarding process for construction resources.
5. Manage the Construction Services training plan.
6. Support Business Units with construction resource management.
7. Specific: Recruit construction personnel in line with the service needs.
8. Liaise with new and existing Construction Services personnel in matters of onboarding, training, and miscellaneous other matters.
9. Maintain resource database and monitor construction project progress to identify appropriate times for resource reassignments.
10. Ensure resource management best practices / knowledge are captured and shared across the Construction Service network.
11. Ensure consistent grading is applied to Construction Service professionals across PM Group.
12. Ensure that the Construction Services Career and Competency framework is rolled out in a consistent manner across PM Group.
13. Liaise with other PM departments as required in relation to resource coordination and general recruitment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated capability in:
- Resource Management/Recruitment
- 10+ years professional experience
- Professional Qualification desirable
