Job Description
A fantastic opportunity to work as an Export Documentation Coordinator on a temporary basis in a fast-growing company within the nutrition industry.
You will establish and maintain an effective and efficient export administration role that will administer the export needs of the Agri division.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Process all orders received from distributors and customers on the Business Central computer system.
* Prepare all export documentation as per customer orders/country requirements and advise status of shipments to distributors.
* Ensure all export documents required are sent to the relevant person within the distributors or bank to enable clearance prior to arrival of goods.
* Communicate with factory personnel on manufacture date of orders.
* Communicate with sales personnel on any issues relating to orders.
* Communicate with technical personnel on documents required from the Department of Agriculture for specific orders.
* Request freight quotes for orders when required from shipping companies.
* Communicate with shipping companies regarding collections, sailing schedules, and request information on delayed shipments etc.
* Check all Bills of Lading from shippers prior to issue.
* Arrange Certificates of Origin as required from the local chamber or Joint Arab Irish Chamber of Commerce.
* Liaise with courier companies regarding despatch of all documentation.
