Main Purpose of Role:
People Coordinator required to support the People Team.
Reporting to the company's Senior People Business Partner the successful candidate will provide a professional and proactive HR/People service to its office and site operations.
Role Duties:
Take accountability for executing and ensuring the effective organisation of all HR administration tasks.
Manage HR Correspondence – issuing of employee letters, salary certs etc.
Processing requests and answering queries in an accurate and timely manner.
Management of filing system and accurate up-keep of employee records.
Processing of statutory leave including sick pay claims.
Data entry and updating of systems.
Compensation and Benefits administration tasks.
Support the People Business Advisor with ER administration.
Support the People Function with other adhoc admin tasks as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
3rd level qualification in business or HR.Excellent administration and IT skills with a high proficiency in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Previous experience using Success Factors would be a distinct advantage.
Good organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
A team player with a collaborative approach to working with others.
