As our client expands, we are seeking a Social Care Manager to lead a team of social care workers and leaders in providing care for separated children seeking international protection.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of social care workers and leaders in delivering high-quality care to separated children.
* Develop and implement effective care plans tailored to individual children's needs.
* Maintain accurate records and reports on children's progress and well-being.
* Foster strong relationships with colleagues, partner agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
* Hold a minimum QQI level 7 qualification in social care or equivalent.
* Have a management qualification suitable for a health or social care setting (e.g., postgraduate diploma or certificate).
* Possess at least 4 years' full-time work experience in a children's residential care setting post-qualification.
* Alternatively, hold a QQI level 8 qualification in social care with 3 years' post-qualification work experience in a children's residential care setting.
* Full clean driver's license preferred.
