ResponsibilitiesLead, coach, and develop a team of highly skilled product managers across several functional areas.Lead through influence and apply strategic understanding of the company and organization's big picture.Build relationships and communicate with partners at all levels to understand their strategies and influence decision-making.Define and drive success criteria for the product management team and product outcomes.Establish a strong collaborative partnership with engineering management.Demonstrate a strong cross-product perspective and decision-making.About YouBasic QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, business, or an equivalent field.5 years of product management experience in a SaaS platform environment.Minimum 3 years of managerial experience.Ability to demonstrate strategy delivery.Other QualificationsThe ideal candidate possesses a unique combination of technical prowess, product management experience, and a customer-focused approach.Strong individual initiative and ownership – driven by results, motivated by impact, and ability to deliver with speed.Experience in bringing new AI solutions to market from ideation through to delivery.Experience with industry-leading iPaaS offerings.Proven track record of advising and collaborating with senior executives; conducts successful negotiations across business lines and organizations.Ability to drive multiple cross-team initiatives simultaneously and exercise rapid decision-making.Ability to design features and define requirements independently when needed.Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, both written and verbal, with strong executive presence.Knowledge of Workday's product stack, including Business Processes, Integration, and Workday core technologies.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
