We’re currently recruiting Trainee Accountants to join our Cork City team, with great opportunities for progression.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Processing accounting information – Accounts Payable, Bank & General Ledger postings
2. Updating key financial controls
3. Preparing weekly Key Performance Indicator reports for clients
4. Preparing VAT returns
5. Preparing management accounts
6. Providing detailed analysis of financial information to support financial control advice to clients
7. Communicating and liaising verbally and in writing with external clients, always aiming to deliver customer service excellence
8. Ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard in terms of timeliness and technical competence
9. Participating in teamwork and activities enhancing standards for the business and client
10. Representing the firm internally and externally in a professional manner through appearance, conduct and attitude and delivering the Xeinadin vision and values
Key Requirements: ACCA or IATI
Additional Requirements: An aptitude for numbers, attention to detail, process driven, strong interpersonal and communication skills, dependable and reliable team player, professional manner and appearance at all times, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision, confidentiality, strong computer/Microsoft Office skills.
