The NGSE Lead International is an innovative, data driven, people-oriented, commercially focused Product Owner, who will define and lead the strategic direction and engagement with markets and above-market functions to drive increased value and adoption of the NGSE platform across Zoetis International Operations.
The NGSE Lead International will drive sustained competitive advantage by delivering enhanced user experience and productivity increases for our Marketing and Sales teams driving increased demand from our customers from targeted 360 customer engagements allowing the delivery of the right message for the right product at the right time through the right channel.
Building upon the existing NGSE foundation, the role will – in collaboration with markets, Category Management and the Vet Engagement team continue to identify and together with ZTD drive the development of enhancements of the platform. Core to this role is ensuring market readiness and delivery of continuous enhancements of NGSE supporting productivity and efficiency of market field teams and for NGSE to become a hub for marketing and sales decision making and actions.
The NGSE Lead International will be responsible for defining the product vision & strategy, prioritizing the product backlog, and ensuring a seamless, efficient delivery of product enhancements and innovations.
The job holder will contribute to the guidance to both, ZTD and the markets on the implementation of the Master Data Management Strategy. Ultimately, the role will enable the markets to transform the marketing & sales function and to grow revenue for Zoetis International Operations.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Drive NGSE product strategy in collaboration with in-market and above-market functions to leverage and continuously improve the existing NGSE International foundation, uncover new opportunities to drive customer engagement, enhancing Marketing and Sales efficiency, productivity and driving customer demand. This includes working closely with other Platform Owners (such as Hybris, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM, Docebo, Saleswings), the Vet Engagement team, key markets and ZTD, to connect data sources developing a 360 view of our customers, and to enable customer analytics and actionable insights, supporting decision making both, above and in markets
2. Bring new opportunities, including potential expansion into new geographies and businesses, forward for strategic leadership review and ongoing investment.

3. In close collaboration with colleagues in the Digital Platforms team, Vet Engagement team and in-market teams define end-to-end customer journeys across platforms and channels, enabling bi-directional, automated data flow, and reporting and analytics of all customer related activities at contact level, and incorporate NGSE into end-to-end customer campaign design and drive adoption in established markets.
4. Together with Change Management Mgr. identify technical obstacles, data and skill gaps for wider application in established markets. Together with in-market and above-market teams agree on and lead action plans to close gaps.
5. In case of expansion into new geographies or businesses, work with above and in market teams to ensure launch readiness and ensure support towards transfer of full ownership by market is complete.

6. Use established and develop new KPIs (and associated reporting tools) to monitor, benchmark and drive NGSE adoption and related commercial gains across International.
7. Define and continuously evolve what “best in class” looks like in terms of processes and systems to enable NGSE and hold markets accountable to move towards those standards.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
20. 6-8 years of proven experience in commercial operations, sales, marketing, digital product management and/or strategy
21. Industry/Business Knowledge – understands issues and trends facing the Animal Health industry.
22. Strong understanding of marketing & sales digital platforms and processes
23. Adept at senior executive-level communications and coordinating with stakeholders from various levels of the organization
24. Experience supporting cross functional project teams in a matrix environment to achieve program goals.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Indicate the technical skills required and/or preferred, as applicable.
30. Business Intelligence & Data Analytics: Proficiency in leveraging BI tools such as Power BI for data visualization and reporting to drive commercial strategies and decision-making.
31. CRM Systems: Advanced knowledge and practical experience with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, including understanding how to utilize CRM data to enhance customer engagement and sales processes in a B2B context.
32. Data Management: Strong understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) principles and tools to ensure data quality and consistency, enabling effective decision-making and customer insights.
33. Project Management: Advanced skills in project management and tools such as Jira or Microsoft Project to manage commercial projects effectively.
34. Change Management: Proven experience in leading change management initiatives at a leadership level, including the ability to drive cultural and procedural changes to achieve strategic objectives and enhance organizational performance.
35. Technical Acumen: Strong technical understanding to collaborate with IT and development teams, ensuring commercial needs are met through technical solutions.
36. Data Analysis: Basic knowledge of data manipulation and analysis using tools like SQL or Python to derive insights that inform commercial strategies.

Position is preferably based in Dublin, Ireland but it is also possible to be based in one of the European offices with 50% time in office required.
