Property Solicitor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE to join our client a leading Law firm in Dublin City. The successful candidate will be involved with both vendors and purchasers of residential and commercial properties and landlord and tenant issues so must have a strong background in both commercial and residential conveyancing, demonstrating exceptional legal acumen and client service skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Property: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.Provide expert legal advice to clients on commercial property matters, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.Conduct thorough due diligence, including title searches and analysis, and prepare detailed reports for clients.Liaise with clients, real estate agents, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely transaction completion.
2. Residential Property: Handle all aspects of residential property transactions, from initial instruction to post-completion.Advise clients on residential property law, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.Prepare and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents related to residential conveyancing.Conduct title investigations and searches, resolving any issues that arise during the process.Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing clear and concise communication throughout the transaction.
Qualifications and Experience
3. Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE in conveyancing (commercial and residential).
4. Proven experience managing a broad range of commercial and residential property transactions.
5. Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.
6. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
7. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
