Job Title: Subway Manager
The Subway Manager is an energetic leader who embodies operational excellence in all aspects of restaurant management.
Responsibilities:
• Direct and oversee overall restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food safety, product preparation, and cleanliness are maintained.
• Recruit, train, and schedule employees to meet the needs of the restaurant.
• Manage inventory and money control systems, establishing schedules as necessary.
• Develop and implement local marketing initiatives, engaging with prospective customers to promote sales.
• Maintain accurate business records, analyzing data to optimize sales and identify areas for improvement.
• Support national marketing efforts and participate in special events and promotions.
• Complete required training courses, such as University of Subway programs.
Requirements:
• Minimum of two years' experience in a restaurant environment, preferably with supervisory and training responsibilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
