The role is based in the West of Ireland in a hybrid working model.

The role requires someone who is self-motivated, confident working autonomously, and able to travel across the West of Ireland.
Job Purpose As a Relationship Manager you'll be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with the Credit Union agent network in the West of Ireland and contributing to the strategic growth of the RFX division.
The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding the existing network, identifying new market opportunities, and driving commercial revenue growth.
You'll be required to build strong working relationships with Credit Union Managers and staff to enhance engagement, improve business performance, and exceed revenue targets.
A key aspect of the role includes working with the Credit Unions to provide training, auditing, compliance oversight, and support with system upgrades or deployments.
Additionally, the role involves identifying and developing new sales pipelines, from initial introductions and presentations to onboarding new agents.
Business growth will be supported through improved engagement strategies, leveraging technology, new channels, promotions, and events.
Main Responsibilities Business Development Relationship management of our Credit Union agent network.Drive business growth through key performance indicators (turnover, transactions, margins, etc.
).Achieve and exceed monthly targets.Provide first-class customer service to build and maintain strong relationships.Attend and present at conferences and trade events as appropriate.Work within a regulatory environment, ensuring compliance with relevant requirements.Identify new opportunities and channels to expand service offerings.Provide regular progress updates and reports.Sales Identify and develop new sales pipelines, from prospecting and initial introductions to meetings, presentations, and onboarding new agents.Ensure all new agents meet commercial, regulatory, and compliance thresholds as defined by the business.Compliance and Regulation Maintain knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.Work closely with the internal compliance department to stay updated on new legislation.Ensure all agents are informed of their compliance and regulatory obligations.Oversee annual compliance and regulatory training for all agents.Technical Attributes Provide technical support and guidance to team members and end-users.Adapt to new technologies and evolving business needs.Demonstrate strong attention to detail in system configuration and troubleshooting.Collaborate effectively within a team environment.Qualifications / Experience Required Experience in a sales, business development, or relationship management role.Knowledge and experience of working within a regulatory environment.Understanding and knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering (AML).Experience in customer service, compliance, or financial services.Ability to work with and navigate systems efficiently.Full clean driving license and own car required.Competencies Required Proactive with ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate within a cross-functional team.Strong relationship-building skills.Enthusiasm for continuous development and learning.Inquisitive mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.Confident and professional communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage at all levels.Highly motivated, self-driven, and capable of working autonomously.Persuasive and influential, with the ability to negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Willingness to travel within Ireland and stay away from home occasionally.
