Job Title: Coordinator Support (HSE)

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and update regulatory documents such as Risk Assessments and Chemical Inventories.
* Assist in planning and tracking HSE activities within the TrackWise system.
* Monitor and manage HSE tasks to ensure timely completion.
* Provide administrative support during regulatory audits.
* Coordinate award nominations and recognition programs.
* Assist with the preparation and distribution of periodic reviews for HSE SOPs and training programs.
* Prepare and submit regulatory letters and compliance filings.
* Manage the 3E Safety Data Sheet system.
* Assist in planning and executing HSE-related events.
* Administer emergency response communication efforts.
* Support contractor management processes to ensure compliance with HSE requirements.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an HSE administrative or compliance support role is an advantage.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience with TrackWise and 3E Safety Data Sheet Management System is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
* Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
