We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Scheduler to join our leading client’s team in Kilkenny. In this role, you will work closely with all departments to ensure that work is planned and scheduled effectively to meet operational and client demands.
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client.
2. Establishing project objectives in line with the client and ensuring goals & timelines are achieved.
3. Execution of projects via an established Quality and Management system.
4. Responsible for development and management of project schedules and project controls tools.
5. Critical Path development & analysis.
6. Being proficient in MS Project Primavera and Scheduling tools.
7. Liaising with the project management team with regular schedule performance status reports.
8. Providing valued input to Constructability Reviews.
9. Establishing project schedule resource requirements.
10. Developing and Communicating tools for the target completion of project goals.
11. Providing performance updates/reports for identification of variances and corrective action.
Qualifications
Experience & Skills:
1. 3 years’ experience in Planning/Scheduling.
2. You will have a third-level degree in a relevant discipline.
3. MS Project Primavera.
4. Good communication & people skills.
5. Good time management skills.
