Site Manager Job Description
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Site Manager to join our team. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for operating the site in accordance with Applegreen's operations manual, policies, and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service standards.
* Assist in driving sales and achieving sales targets.
* Perform various administrative tasks to ensure the store's highest performance, including cash management, stock control, and motivating and leading employees by assisting in their training, coaching, and development.

Requirements:
To be successful as an Applegreen Site Manager, you will ideally have:
* Previous experience of 1-2 years in a similar role
* A can-do attitude with strong communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with customers
* Ability to work well with colleagues, contributing to a positive team environment
* Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks
* Skills in Retail Management, food safety, and People Management
