About the Team & Business Line:
Fund Administration is Citco’s core business, and our alternative asset and accounting service is one of the industry’s most respected. Our continuous investment in learning and technology solutions means our people are equipped to deliver a seamless client experience.
ResponsibilitiesYour Role:
Interact with senior management and manage overall relationships for multiple Private Equity clients.
Provide technical industry knowledge to clients.
Preparation of client service plans.
Establish plan for new client setup and transitions.
Coordinate with AML group, Accounting group, Financial Statement group, Tax group, and Legal team.
Review and provide feedback on private equity fund client’s partnership agreements, subscription documents, PPM’s and other materials.
Management of various operational aspects associated with client relationships and investors.
Implementation and understanding of fund structures.
Manage and monitor the timing and quality of client deliverables.
Build and manage client relationships.
Manage and develop staff of 10-20 Investor Relation Specialists.
Drive local and global initiatives.
Build out and manage internal Policy and Procedure documentation.
Ensure procedures and controls are adhered to.
Appropriate handling of fund manager and investor calls.
Prepare and review all activity within stated Service Level Agreements.
Assist with various projects and risk management.
Develop and engage with Investor Relations staff at all levels.
Liaise with Investor Relations team managers on succession planning.
Drive automation of tasks using Citco technology, reducing risk and increasing efficiency for department.
Participate in business development opportunities
QualificationsAbout You:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business related area.
10+ years of experience in an investor relations environment, preferably private equity and/or hedge funds.
Display an active interest in the financial markets, hedge fund and private equity industry.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel etc).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
