The ADN RAMP Team
This cross-functional team brings deep manufacturing expertise to support site start-ups through Operational Excellence knowledge, rapid troubleshooting, and problem-solving capability. The team will enable members to work at new sites, build technical skills, and learn leadership skills.
Key Objectives
* Provide process control and automation engineering support to Global Facility Delivery and Site Process Engineering teams.
* Partner with site engineering teams to provide additional capacity for operational readiness, C&Q support, and on-floor process support.
* Cross-train local technical teams in Operational Excellence and technical skills.
* Investigate process and equipment issues using root cause analysis techniques.
* Monitor and document equipment performance to maintain ongoing qualification of assets.
* Maintain safety standards for process equipment.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science field.
* Process team experience in pharmaceutical API/Dry Products Manufacturing.
* Deep understanding of process control/automation systems, including DCS, automation architecture, PLCs, and system integration.
* Manufacturing Operational Excellence principles knowledge.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Collaborative skills with operations, process engineering, and other process team members.
Preferred Skills
* Tech knowledge in one or more automation platforms (Emerson DeltaV, Rockwell Automation, Siemens, etc.).
* Process instrumentation knowledge.
* Batch control knowledge.
* Ability to coach others.
* Influence without authority.
* Simplify complex issues.
* Build trust with peers and leaders.
* Flexibility to work off-shift hours as needed.
Additional Information
The ADN RAMP team will support multiple API/Dry Products sites globally, requiring significant travel and potential short-term assignments.
