Tender Management Expert Needed
The CSR Group is seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Tender team in planning, executing, and submitting bids for a prominent main contractor.
This permanent, full-time position offers potential hybrid working arrangements across various sectors, including Pharmaceutical, Data Centres, Residential, Civil, and transport infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
* Lead the bid management process from inception to submission, ensuring timely completion of all deadlines.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop compelling bid proposals that meet client requirements.
* Conduct thorough research to tailor proposals accordingly and coordinate with subject matter experts to create technical and financial documentation.
* Review and enhance bid content for clarity, consistency, and compliance, maintaining a repository of bid-related documents and templates for future use.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous development of the bid management function.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in bid management, preferably in the Construction industry.
* Strong understanding of contract management principles and practices.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
* Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
* Engineering Degree is desirable.
