B2B Account Manager
We're seeking a B2B Account Manager to drive our business-to-business growth. This role requires experience in sales, partnerships, or account management and a passion for tech education.
Your Role:
* Identify and engage companies interested in upskilling their female employees through SheCodes programs.
* Develop relationships with HR, L&D, and DEI leaders to offer SheCodes as a corporate training solution.
* Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to closing deals and account management.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
* Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop tailored B2B offerings.
* Track performance and optimize strategies for business growth.
Requirements:
* Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, partnerships, or account management, preferably in EdTech, SaaS, or corporate training.
* Closing skills: Natural ability to negotiate, build client relationships, and close deals.
* Tech & Education Passion: Understanding of the tech industry and coding education's importance.
* Strong Communication: Ability to pitch, present, and sell SheCodes programs effectively.
* Self-starter: Comfortable working remotely and driving initiatives independently.
